Photographs will be delivered via an emailed invite to your own personal, password-protected online gallery, within 6 weeks of the session.

It is your responsibility to download the gallery to a save place.

Please refrain from re-editing photographs.

Images will only be used for lawful purpose; including portfolio, marketing, social media and photography competitions.

Images would be carefully selected when used. The photographer hopes to keep your family session super close-knit. Naturally however, some shots are too good to not share!!

Under data protection legislation, if you are not happy for images to be used, you are welcome to decline their use (in writing please, who doesn’t love a paper trail!).

As a guardian, you are providing consent for minors.

You have full printing rights.

(Print print print! Photographs are only a bunch of pixels until printed!)

A mini moment to mention cancellations!

Should an unexpected event arise (a sick kiddo, a family conflict, etc !), I totally get it — nothing is set in stone when smallies are involved!

Should you need to cancel, let’s work together to reschedule a time that does suit!

Greater than 24hours cancellation notice would be much appreciated, if at all possible.

Please be mindful that late cancellations may affect revenue and block dates from others who may have interest..

That being said- you are more than welcome to transfer your session to a friend or family, just contact me so I know what to expect!
